What is a Group Regression?
A group regression is a fun way of experiencing Quantum Hypnosis and lighter altered states of consciousness. Being regressed in this way, can help to alleviate any fears you may have about having a private Quantum Healing session. Some people are hesitant about being hypnotised. Often because they have seen show hypnosis where people are encouraged to entertain the audience and appear to lose control of their faculties. Quantum hypnosis and regression is not at all like this. You remain in control at all times. Your own free-will is never compromised. Being able to visualise is helpful but information can be received in other ways.
A group regression takes your mind on a journey into your wider consciousness. There you will see and experience whatever is appropriate for you to see in that moment; normally what we refer to as a past-life. It usually allows you to find information that is relevant to your current life. However, it not as thorough as a private session. Unlike a private session, I am not able to ask relevant questions to help you find the most important information. It is up to you to observe and remember your experiences so that you can write them down when you come back. For this reason, the level of hypnosis needs to be lighter. The experience is similar to a dream in that it can quickly fade, so I encourage you to write as much information as you can to help you remember.

The possibilities are endless and limited only by imagination. I use relaxation techniques and guided visualisations to take you on your journey. So, all you need to do is follow my voice and direction.
Format of a Group Regression Session
The format can vary depending on the intention of the session. However, a typical format is as follows:
- Visualisation Exercise – this allows you to see how easy it is to visualise and gives you a better understanding of how you personally receive information.
- Healing Experience – This brings your body into balance and helps you to feel relaxed.
- Past-life Experience – this allows you to experience different aspects of another lifetime. I move you through various scenes, pausing to let you explore, before moving you on again.
- Writing Your Experiences – I will then bring you back sufficiently for you to write down as much as you can, before leading you deeper again.
- Meeting Your Guide – this allows you to meet one of your guides who will have a gift or knowledge to share with you.
- Writing Your Experiences – I will then count you back up and give you time to write down as much as you can.
- Sharing Your Experiences – Anyone who wishes to will have the opportunity to share some of their experiences with the group.
