My Relaxing Healing Space
Usui Reiki Healing
Available online or in person in Stewarton, Ayrshire
£44 per session – First treatment lasts approximately 75 minutes. Each subsequent treatment – 60 minutes

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy therapy that encourages deep rest, balance, and healing on all levels; emotional, physical, and spiritual.
I use an intuitive approach called Reiji ho, where my hands and mind are guided by the energy itself, channelling universal life force where it’s needed most. Each session is uniquely tailored to you and your needs.
You’ll be invited to lie fully clothed and comfortably relaxed while I work with the body’s energy field. One-to-one Distant Reiki sessions are equally effective and can be received from the comfort of your own space.
Reiki has no contraindications. It is therefore suitable for everyone and complements all other forms of treatment and therapy.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)
Available In-person only in Stewarton, Ayrshire
Typically around 5 hours – Free of charge for a limited period only (Normally £222)

QHHT is a powerful healing technique developed by Dolores Cannon that allows you to access your Higher Self for deep insight, guidance, and healing. It is a journey into consciousness that allows you to find all the answers and healing that lie within you. As such, it may be the most deeply profound and transformational experience of your life.
A session includes:
- A relaxed, non-judgemental conversation to explore your background, intentions, and questions.
- Guided hypnosis into an altered state of consciousness, where you may revisit past lives or other relevant soul experiences.
- Connection with your Higher Self to receive understanding, clarity, and, if appropriate, physical or emotional healing.
Each session is entirely unique and always led by your own inner wisdom.
You are always safe and in control. I am simply the guide, holding the space for your Higher Self to come through.

Crystal Energy Healing
Available as an add-on to online and in-person Reiki sessions in Stewarton, Ayrshire.
£55 per combined session – 70-75 minute session (10-15 minute consultation and crystal choosing with 60 minutes of Reiki)
Also available as a stand alone online Crystal Grid session for manifestation, healing, protection or spiritual connection.
£22 per session – 30 minutes online via Zoom.
Reiki with a crystal boost. The addition of intuitively selected healing crystals enhances the one-to-one Reiki energy session. During in-person sessions the crystals are placed on and/or around the body. While the crystals are placed with intention in a crystal healing grid during one-to-one online sessions. The Reiki and crystal energies combine beautifully to work with your energy field. Together they promote your body’s innate ability to heal itself and enhance your spiritual connection.
A Crystal Grid session includes a consultation to discover your most important needs at this time. I then intuitively select the most appropriate crystals and place them with intention in a crystal grid. We then have a brief chat about the initial steps you can take to move forward. The grid is then left in place overnight to allow the energy of the crystals to do their thing.
